Owner was very helpful and friendly! He always took the time to get me the right moving vehicle. I rented 4 times on different dates, if he didn't have what I needed, he would find it and have it asap. He was a tremendous help during this difficult time in my life. I will definitely tell everyone I know, to expect great service from this rental facility. He made moving less stressful!
I have been a customer for almost 7 years now. I have been going thru a rough time these past few months, and Joe, who owns Dak, has been very kind and more than willing to work with me. It has been like that since I moved in. I highly recommend Dak Self-Storage to anyone. They have the cheapest rates and the best customer service.
I used their services recently and I am extremely satisfied, they are extremely helpful! Excellent customer service, I got lost on the way there and they called me from their home and he was able to help me get there to take back the truck we rented, they were very understandable and such a pleasure to talk. Definitely will be going here when I need services like these.
I've rented a climate controlled unit twice. Once when DAK first opened and again just recently. The facility is clean and secure. I highly recommend the units at DAK Storage. Joe the owner provides great customer service.
Oh and also I was so impressed on how well kept the place looks, very clean and organized! That's always a plus!
Joe was the MOST helpful customer service person I've dealt with in a very long time! While looking for rental moving trucks literally every single person I called was short and rude, all I heard was "don't have any trucks" then the phone clicked as they hung up before I was even able to get one word in. This man was so generous and helpful that despite not having any trucks available, he searched all nearby locations until he was able to find one. In the future if I need any rental vehicles this will absolutely be the FIRST PLACE I CALL! Joe thank you so much!!! If I could give a 6 star rating I would, I'd recommend this place and their wonderful customer service to anybody.
